PayPal payment method available but not working!!!

Terrible, so they have PayPal available as a payment method, but you can't actually use it! So why have it and why not add under maintenance or something? Deceiving. Unfair and ambiguous communication indeed, furthermore, their call center service, knowledge, professionalism and experience are simply awful/non existent.
