"pay back the money" Netflorist

Ordered and paid for a gift on 3 February 2025 that were supposed to have been delivered on Valentine's Day (14 February 2025). The gift has to date not been delivered and my request for a refund is being ignored/ not being acknowledged. I would strongly advise against using Netflorist - they have proven themselves inconsistent, unreliable and *********.
