Patient recovered. Get well gift still nowhere!!

I ordered a gift for someone who is is ill on Friday 26 June 2020. I chose next day delivery which is 27 June 2020. It was not delivered. I checked again on the website and delivery was scheduled for Monday 29 June 2020. I'm writing this and the person it was meant for has recovered and has not received their gift but it has allegedly been out for delivery. If you can't deliver at least process an automatic refund because the desired date has long lapsed. Utterly disgusted and will never ever use them again. I'd much rather take my time and add personal touches. Never again!
