Pathetic WORST customer service!!!

Every time i purchase from Netflorist, it pulls money off my account, but does not go through on their side. I have to then phone them, (if their lines are even working) then waste my airtime to have them sort out the issue. Not only that, after requesting a date for the gift to be delivered, they then just deliver on any day they want to! Poor service, disgusting assistance, the staff cannot even assist, they provide empty promises and lies!
