Pathetic Useless Service

If I could, I would rate this useless service below 0. Whats the point of placing an order and requesting a specific date if this damn useless company cannot deliver your items on time???? I placed an order on Sunday expecting delivery on the 1st. I waited the entire day and no delivery! NOBODY damn communicates and I am still waitig for the order. How do you run yiur business with pathetic service. I asked to speak to the driver, it was supposed to be delivered first in the morning. I am told the call centre doesnt have access to the drivers. Pathetic. Get your **** together and deliver my goods!
