Pathetic useless netflorist

<p>I ordered a bouquet for my mum to be delivered in 12/05 it is the 15/05 and NOTHING!!!! I have called incessantly absolutely no feedback no one bothered to call me back even though all 7 call center advisors promised they would give me feedback still NOTHING. Netflorist is useless and pathetic don't use them </p>
