Pathetic Unacceptable Service

Placed an order 12/02/2018 for delivery 15/02/2018. Order not sent out 15/02/2018 and no contact made with me regarding the delivery. Tried calling numerous times and had to hold on for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Was advise I will be called back...2 hours later no call. Not even an apology from the staff for the non -delivery and no explanation as to why the delivery did not take place. I was advised i do not want the delivery on the 16th of February. Requested order be cancelled Will not order from Netflorist ever again as this is not the 1st time that they messed up my order.
