Pathetic service's. Wrong order

Netflorist has ruined such a special moment with my family. I am ill and have not been around my husband and son. I ordered a chocolate hamper with a thank you balloon to surprise my son. I added a heartfelt message thanking them for being so strong. Netflorist delivered the chocolate hamper without the balloon and without the message.
