PATHETIC SERVICE- WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Such a huge company name, but with PATHETIC service! Last time I ordered (on a non Valentines weekend), and they only delivered at the end of my mum's birthday- after 5pm! What a waste! I gave them a chance again but STILL DIDN'T DELIVER - IT IS 4PM- ******* PEOPLE!!!! I tried sending a WhatsApp from this morning. After a few responses, I was ghosted- ZERO response! That WhatsApp option on their website didn't work for 3 days- I kept clicking on it and it didn't take me to WhatsApp! I tried the online chat- exactly the same- ZERO response! PATHETIC NETFLORIST!!!!
