Pathetic service, order cancelled

I placed an order for a cake and balloon to be delivered on the 31/05/2020. When I called on the 26/05/2020 to confirm I was told that my order was now cancelled, so I asked when I was going to informed if I had not called in to confirm, and the response was that Netflorist was working through a list and as such calling everyone affected. I then reschedule my order to be delivered today 03/06/2020, only to be told that the order could only be delivered tomorrow, what a waste of time, and I still await my fully refunded voucher, as I cancelled, as who needs a birthday cake for the day after someone's birthday. Stop using the lockdown as an excuse for pathetic unacceptable customer service, I will for sure never use your service/lack of service again, and I will inform all my friends and family of how pathetic your service is.
