Pathetic Service - order ***

I've never experienced such a horrible terrific service in my entire life. I've place an order on Saturday 25-09-2021 which should have been delivered yesterday as a birthday present. Only part of the order was delivered and the rest was never delivered. The driver **** and said the cake was being prepared and will be delivered by another driver. Nobody has had a decency to pick up the phone and call me. At 15:00 I decided to call and spoke to Cleopatra Mkhwa**** who said the cake was out of stock and kept me on hold for over 45 minutes because I wanted to speak to the manager Lerato who never come to pick up a call. Like really!!! What a pathetic service. Now I'm on a call again with Zanele for over 30 minutes just to speak to the manager and only got to speak to Lerato now.

With this kind of service I will never ever order anything from you not even to recommend this company to any friends or family... Yeeerrr
