Pathetic service once again (WORSE DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD)

<p>On the 09/02/17 I ordered Cerise Rose Bouquet ( ********** 15) for the14.2.17. The delivery left their building at 10:00 and only got delivered to my girlfriend at 17:31. Mind you the area that they had to deliver to is literally 20 minutes away. This is the second time that NetFlorist has delivered my valentines gift late, they are totally ******** and pathetic. I have since sent an email asking for an explanation but their managers are too ARROGANT to reply to their customers. If you want to send something over valentine’s day using NetFlorist dont bother they are the worse, they have proven this to me TWICE now. I am totally ****ED OFF and still have not had NO ONE contact me to explain how a 20 minute delivery took them 8 hours to deliver....</p>
