Pathetic service of Netflorist

I am disgusted by the service I received from Netflorist! I placed an order on the 12th May and the order got delayed many times. After being understanding due to COVID 2 of my orders got delivered much later. However the 3 order never arrived for the person I purchased it for. After calling their call centre and holding for ten minutes I get told that that order was cancelled. I asked how can you cancel my order without notifying me!? I was horrified. The person went on to say they not sure but it was cancelled and they can refund me if i wish! I told her it is your duty to refund me!! There was no communication and you only going to refund me since I called and enquired! I am truly appalled. I will never use netflorist again.
