Pathetic service/ Non delivery

I placed an order on 30 September for a delivery on my wifes birthday which was on 3 October. I received confirmation on the order after placing it. On 3 October, I called the Netflorist callcenter and confirmed with them that they would deliver on the very same day as that was the day of her birthday and I did not notice any movement on the shipping status. I was told that it would definitely be delivered on that day and I should not be concerned. Up until the end of the weekend, there has still been no delivery. I am extremely dissappointed at the pathetic level of service and broken promises by NetFlorist. I will remember never to rely on netflorist for getting any gifts delivered. <br> <br> All the adverts that Netflorist place on radio are utter nonsence as they are unable to complete a simple delivery on time. Please refund my money!
