Pathetic service Netfloist

03/02/2020 I tried to order my sister a gift for her birthday,i used my ebucks points and I had to pay the difference so i had to choose an alternate method of payment for the balance owing,The Netflorist app kicked me out whilst i was doing my payments i could not even get a order number ,but the ebucks payment was authorised and paid. A guy by the name Pravesh assisted me and still waiting for his call .Up until today 11/02/2020 i am not getting no joy in the refund of my money ,I even said i will gladly accept a voucher,which is also inevitable with Netflorist.I made numerous calls and emails and still no Joy,I am so ****ed off.
