Pathetic service - my first time to use you guys and definitely my last.

I am disgusted with Netflorist and their service. I requested a delivery which was not delivered on the day or even the next day, I called for a refund which was not even requested and had to call again. Asked to speak to a manager but the consultant Vhonani did not allow a manager to take my call. then I get an email to say that the delivery was received but it had NOT!! Pathetic service ever, my first time to use you guys and definitely my last.
