Pathetic service from Netflorist

It is unfortunate that i have had many many poor service issues with Netflorist. They dont advise you when they fail to make delivery as per the agreed available delivery date on their website. They are terribly hard to contact and respond to. even the chat bot on their website. they fail to make delivery with no explanations at all. they offer no apologies or compensation for the unprofessional and poor service.
