Pathetic service from Netflorist

I ordered two simple gifts in the form of personalized mugs for my kids school teachers together with Lindt chocolates for tomorrow. I receive the one for Lorraine with lousy tea. Nothing for Margo and no chocolates. The delivery company driver says oh another driver will probably bring the other one. I need this for tomorrow, delivery was scheduled for yesterday. The school year ends tomorrow. Pathetic service. I paid R524.80 in total for the order to receive one thing only, really
