Pathetic service from Netflorist

Pathetic service yet again from Netflorist! Placed an order for delivery in Pietermaritzburg using the filters on the website including delivery area and date required. On the day of the delivery I was informed at 14:45 that the florist in Pietermaritzburg is closed and they will only deliver on Thursday. No other suggestion could be provided to assist me with a delivery on the day. No answer was provided as to why I was only notified at 14:45 instead of earlier that morning for me to cancel my order and place with another reliable supplier. Will never use the service again.
