Pathetic Service from netflorist

I placed an order 10days prior to the required delivery date. on the date of delivery I tracked the delivery and there was no movement . i tried to call all the numbers given on the website to query absolutley no response , none of the calls are answered. i waited on the line for 15mins the forst time and 21 mins second try. Even sent emails just an automated response saying someone will get back to me 9 hours later .

dont use netflorist they are cheats, takes your money upfront and does not fulfill their obligation . discussing service !!!!!
