pathetic Service from Netflorist

<p>So Today is Valentines Day, I placed my order ********** 49 2 weeks ago, this morning the driver delivered only the Extras i ordered and not the Roses or the card to my Wife, I have been contstantly on the phone with the call centre, at my own cost and still the Flowers have not been delivered, the driver supposedly forgot the flowers, how pathetic is the Service from netflorist, even after paying so much, when I wanted to speak to a superion, Lorenzo from the call centre told me he is the supervisor and no one higer thatn him is in the office.</p> <p> </p> <p>I must mention that this isn't the first time enetflorist let me down!!! Pathetic service and I will not use them again,</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope this message reaches alot of readers, because it seems netflorist does not give a Damn about their Customers!!!</p>
