Pathetic service from netfloris

I ordered flowers and a box lindt to be delivered on the 7th a person calls frm netflorist and says there is no drivers after deducting my money from my account they than say that they will make a plan obviously to failure i ask for a refund and sent numerous emails they just took my money and never get back to me advisor name tekano meso failed to get back to me on numerous emails i am disgusted it was a very important occasion not only did they mess it up but they took money for something they did not supply and never even contact me after i asked for a refund to notify me that a refund was processed. It's not cheap and one expects a level of service.pathetic tekano meso
