Pathetic service from net florist

I ordered a gift for my sister, on the day of delivery they called to tell her they can’t find the place and she will get it on Monday, that’s to late because it’s after her birthday . I paid R89 for delivery they told her if she really wants her gift she must collect it herself. How hard is it to find the airport in Port Elizabeth. They are the worst people to order gifts from.
