Pathetic service - flowers never arrive - NO communication

absolutely pathetic service, no sense of customer experience. I ordered something for a delivery today for an anniversary and the website tracking says out for delivery since 10am. its 8PM and its not here yet. What's the point now, the day is over and a perfect day ruined. What is worse is that there is absolutely no way to contact anyone from Netflorist not do we get any SMS or email update on the delivery. Keep your damn flowers and just give me a refund. If one person reads this and doesnt support you I would be happy. I dont expect any response as that is typical of this **** company
