Pathetic Service

As per terms and conditions if an order is placed on the same day after 12 then delivery will take place between 1 and 7 PM. I placed my order at 7:30 am and call in and specified that it needs to be delivered before 3 as after that the recipient will not be available. 1. The delivery was not done in the specified time. 2. Not sure if the agents in there customer care center were rushing to finish work but the continued to drop my call. 3. Called back and it just rang with no answer.

Very disappointed as it was our anniversary today and now I'm in the hot seat for not doing anything special yet the NetFlorist adverts claim to do exactly the opposite.
