Pathetic Service

After making payment on time and arranging a surprise delivery for my BEST friend on her birthday 05 May at her work address and buying her eadibles. Netflorist decides to deliver the surprise birthday gift at 17:50, now tell me who is at work at that time of the day. First delivery guy called my friend at 14:40 saying the delivery address it's in North West, not sure how because the address was clear that it's in Pretoria. On top of that he was arrogant and shouted at my friend that I included the wrong address.

Am really unhappy about this service after I've spend soooo much money and I will NEVER recommend their services. Now the delivery birthday gifts are seating with security persons am not sure why. But Netflorist clearly wanted to surprise the security person.
