Pathetic service, Failure to deliver and takes no responsibility

I placed an order on the 16th feb 2025 to be delivered on the 17th Feb 2025 as it was my partners birthday. The did noty deliver, nor messaged or called to advise if there was an issue. They do not answer their phone nor respond to messages. This service is pathetic, I want the order cancelled and reimbur*****t TODAY!!!!!! ***
