Pathetic Service

When placing an order in the morning you expect that the delivery will be done in the morning still especially if the person you are ordering for is ill. Not Net florist a person has to wait.

I placed an order at: 09:30 22 Sept and asked that the delivery is to be made by 14: 30 because the person I ordered a gift for is not feeling well, I called at 14: 45 delivery still not done and call center cannot not help. Pathetic service
