Pathetic service. DO NOT use Netflorist!!!!

I wish i could give them ZERO rating. Absolute pathetic service. Lies after lies, so unprofessional. Do Not use Netflorist. They ruined everything i had planned for Valentine. No delivery till today, but website says it was delivered. They dont pick up the phones or answer emails. I want my FULL refund plus bank charges. What a waste of my time and disappointment.
