PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY - NETFLORIST NEVER AGAIN!

Utterly disappointed in this service. After having spent almost R2000 on 3 different orders this company failed from the first order right to the end. First order being flowers for a memorial service however the flowers came few hours late. Third order was Flowers for R910.00. To be delivered on Saturday........ Order has been placed On Wednesday. The funeral took place on Sunday but flowers only got delivered on Monday. A day after the funeral! Which is of no use anymore. A refund was requested early Monday Morning because even though i tried getting hold of Netflorist on Sunday (the time of the funeral) they were closed on Sundays. They still failed to refund and hasnt collected the flowers throughout the whole day. Avoid using Netflorist to prevent disappointment. After requesting to speak to management, A guy by the name of Linden claims his management however his job title states " Driver Contact Centre Agent" after all my complaints he still hasnt bothered apologizing for the poor service delivery. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.
