Pathetic service delivery multiple times

I am extremely frustrated with the terrible service delivery by Netflorist recently. Firstly, one of my orders had an item missing when delivered and I'm forced to request for a refund and secondly another order of mine was delivered to the incorrect address when I specifically called to clarify the address 2days before delivery! Then I try to call to query it today and the telephone number no longer works. I've also been having issues with ordering online and its inconvenient to call and place my order!

I had complained about my 1 order where items were missing when delivered and I just got a "sorry" and this does not suffice! It's meant to be gifts for people and Netflorist keeps messing up my orders

I do not want to use their service anymore in fear of their incompetency.
