Pathetic Service Delivery

Ordered sympathy gifts for a funeral on Tuesday so they can be delivered on Wednesday. I got one of the gifts in the morning the other one later in the day after 5PM AFTER THE FUNERAL. When i called they told me they cant track the driver. They have a poor delivery service.
