Pathetic Service Delivery

The service received by Netflorist is truly appalling. You should your slogan to lies and deceit- I ordered speciality roses & a baby romper on the 24/08/2018. Items were to be delivered as ONE package but was delivered a week apart after numerous calls & mails. I was promised a box of chocolates will be thrown in due to poor service delivery bit that was a total lie. The roses were limp & looked nothing like the pics on the website. I've wasted R600 on poor quality products & Pathetic Service. I will never use you again & surely spread the word.
