Pathetic service

Service is unreliable and rude.

I placed an order for deliver today and was told no we can't after the order placed and on the system is for today. The agent who phoned me 2 hours after I placed the order puts the phone down in my ear. Netflorist we take our time to order. It's a service which is paid for. Unless I am mistaken. Is it for free?
