Pathetic Service

Pathetic service! I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered today and she has not gotten them. I called the call center who said the order is out for delivery and the driver will call me but never did. An absolute disappointment. I expect a full refund for order number ***. Now at 20:31 I receive a email to say flowers delivered and my mom has confirmed that she has not received anything. This is the second time I have received disappointing service from Netflorist and no one seems to give a ****. Do better!
