Pathetic service at exorbitant prices!
Pathetic service at exorbitant prices! Pictures displayed online are misleading advertising, miniscule in actuality....chocolates get delivered melted... amended messages are NOT updated, after receiving confirmation that changes had been made. Don't waste your money!!

I received a R150 credit to use for future purchases on Netflorist website... Had to remind them to credit me, but all in all, I'm satisfied that Netflorist was willing to compensate me for my unpleasant experience.
