Pathetic service and wrong order delivered!

What absolutely pathetic service!

For a very well known company and frequent customer, I am heavily disappointed in the service I have gotten. I placed an order on the 9 February for a gift set, set to be delivered to my friend on the 22 February for her birthday - the package was delivered however it was the incorrect gift and a complete mockery of what she received as it was not what I ordered. How is it that I ordered the gift an entire week in advance with sufficient time to ensure the gift is correct, yet something else got delivered!

I've been emailing back and fourth since the 23 February - I was told that the correct gift would be delivered the 24 February, I spent an entire day waiting around expecting a delivery as confirmed by a consultant and only to my surprise no delivery came! It is Saturday, 25 February and yet still no delivery!

This is a complete joke!
