pathetic service and unprofessional staff

this is the second time we have ordered from netflorist for valentines day and have been utterly disappointed, <br> I sent a box of nuts and sweets to my husband, and the items were stale?? the expiry date stated the 01/04/2016 and one of the items did not have a expiry date, call center staff I spoke to initially was rudi, he was helpful, today when I called to follow up on my query, the call was answered by a rude *********** cons by the name of PHELO MOHALE, she refused to give me her surname that when I requested to speak to a manager, she is uncaring and unprofessional she should not deal with customers, I await feedback from the manager I spoke to which is lerato, I assure you that I would never use NETFLORIST again and I will make sure that my friends and family are aware of this , pathetic service ,
