You guys got 1 time to get it right. You work with peoples personal lives! My fiance ordered flowers for her mothers birthday (order ********** 30), to be delivered todat, 11 June. It was ordered on the 5th of June already. Just to lift your shoulders and say, sorry we made a mistake, we will refund you in 7 days, is pathetic service and problem solving! Her mom stays in Upington and we stay in Gauteng, thus we trusted you with the delivery. My fiance is in tears because of your incompetence! I will make sure this message is spread far and wide!
