Pathetic service and no response

Pathetic service and complete lack of communication from NetFlorist. I ordered a cake for a birthday party and repeatedly phoned and sent messages to follow up. The only response I received was that the order was “out for delivery,” with no meaningful updates or resolution. As a result, I was forced to purchase another cake for the event. The original cake was eventually delivered at 9pm, long after it was needed. This level of service and communication is unacceptable.
