Pathetic service and lying about delivery

What a joke! You place your order for same day delivery, receipient receives email.of a surprise and then BIIM nothing. I get called at 17H00 by sime delivery person who is in midrand informing she is so sorry but she will not be able t deliver. Now comes the best part myself and the recipient receive email about the beautifull surprise that was delivered ( confimation of delivery) at 20h30 and signed for by her....Realy how stupid do you think we are. The BUSINESS close at 17hO0 and there was NO delivery and she certainly did NOT sign for anything. I am dissapointed, but after reading some FB feedback from other dissapointed customers it seems this is the normal way for you to conduct business, and althought you claim to be in the caring business you do not give a @#$# as long as you were paid. Well done for ruining her surprise! O and your life chat is a joke as soon as you ask directly what is going on they disappear. Your call centre is worse, with no one answering phones....
