Pathetic service and *********** staff

Pathetic service. They *****ed up my delivery and I canceled my order. They refunded me the wrong amount and I'm STILLLLLLL waiting for the outstanding balance. Plus when they emailed me they addressed me using another clients name. Overly priced, bad service, useless staff will never ever use them again. Trust me never use netflorist you will regret!
