Pathetic Service and FALSE advertising!

Before I placed my order on 2 February 2022, I called the customer service to make sure everything that was advertised on the website as a package was indeed correct. The agent confirmed what I saw on the website. I paid the order and was delivered the next day. Called my friend to find out what was in the package she received and there were 2 items not in the package that was on the website. Sent 2 e-mails to net florist on the 3 Feb and no response!!!! They received my ticket, but not doing anything about my complaint!!!!
