Pathetic service and even more pathetic customer service. Completely ruined mother's day

I immediately emailed to cancel and phoned in early on Sunday morning and was assured by the call centre agent that it had been cancelled, I still haven't received confirmation of this even though i requested it. I checked in on Monday morning and the website said the order is out for delivery, I phoned in again to cancel and got told it was cancelled, kept checking and that was not reflected on the website. Phoned in a third time and the agent told me that it was cancelled yet again! Fast forward half an hour and the item gets delivered to the locations I specified, where the recipients were no longer. To top it off the orders were completely wrong. I called in again and got put on hold twice for 10 minutes waiting for a supervisor to talk to me. I want a full refund and I expect correspondence from a person that actually knows what they are doing! Don't offer a service if you have no intention of delivering on your promises.
