pathetic service and delivered inferior item as compared to what was paid for

<p>Booked for a bouquet to be delivered four days in advance.called the call centre to confirm payment and evrything was in order.on the day they deliver the wrong arrangement and then the agents say the correct item will be delivered by 3pm.at 4pm nothing has been done n when i call the agent they put me on hold n do not respond.what i received was much cheaper than what i paid for and i want a full refund n they mus take there flowers back.</p>
