Pathetic service and ******** in not providing what was purchased

Pathetic excuse for a company - my order for my wedding anniversary was delivered a day late and the order was incomplete. Add insult to injury they forced me accept some one else’s order despite me clearly stating that was not part of my order - they left the order with me - that means another customer did not receive their order - I will never use this company again
