Pathetic service all round from netflorist

I ordered something to be delivered on the 25 August exactly a week before on the 18th. At 16h30 the driver still hadn't delivered. I understand that time of delivery is not guaranteed but who delivers just before close of day, and on a Friday also. My suprise was completely ruined. They then went ahead and called the person I was sending the gift to as a suprise and demanded that he come back to work to pick up delivery, after lots of effort they agreed to deliver to his house within the next hour. This did not happen and we were not informed of anything. Received an email saying delivery will be priority on monday to have the same problem. I'm disgusted with netflorist and their service delivery. Very ***********. Will definitely not be using them again.
