Pathetic service

The service I received from NetFlorist is shocking and does not even deserve a 1 star. On Monday 24 February, I placed a birthday order (***) to be delivered the next day Tuesday 25 February. On the day that the order was supposed to be delivered, I received an email that the order had been refunded. Upon calling NetFlorist I was told that the order had been mistakenly cancelled by Netflorist and that I would have to re-order. So I placed another order (***) for delivery on Wednesday 26 February (1 day later than the intended delivery date) and again received another email that the order could not be delivered. Both orders were paid by credit card and I still have not received a refund for any of the orders. I would not recommend NetFlorist to anyone.
