Pathetic service!!!

Pathetic pathetic service!! I honestly wouldn't recommend netflorist to anyone, not worth it! They will only end up leaving your special day an absolute nightmare! I placed an order on the 8th of September for delivery on the 19th of September, obviously they had enough time to prepare my order and make sure all is correct, my order was delivered with an item missing! When I called to follow up they advised that they do have stock on hand and have no idea why the item was not delivered, they then offer to deliver it tomorrow when the persons birthday is today! I am extremely ****ed of!!!
