PATHETIC SERVICE A STANDARD AT NETFLORIST

I placed an order yesterday for same day delivery which is today! It is already almost 5 pm and there is no sign of NetFlorist!!! As usual they always manage to ruin a special occasion, I am so tired of the pathetic service. WHERE IS MY ORDER! I will never use them again & not the 1st time they have completely ruined an order of mine!!!!
